Anne-Virginie LaSpada

Manuel Isler is heading our corporate law practice. He advises Swiss and international clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and company law.

The advice is provided to purchasers or sellers in all the steps of complex acquisition processes. Manuel Isler is also active in the area of employment law and advises mainly employers located in Switzerland for the follow-up of labour law issues. He also advises parties in the labour courts. Finally, Manuel Isler assists and advises businesses in immigration issues both for new and existing companies located in Switzerland. He holds a law degree from Neuchâtel University and a LLM degree from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Manuel practices in French and English.
