Sylvie Gurry-Veit advises a very varied Swiss and foreign clientele in the areas of intellectual property and commercial contracts. She has extensive experience in intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyright), unfair competition, Internet law, data protection and competition law and international transactions.
She has assisted for many years private persons, start-ups and companies of various sizes, including Swiss and foreign multinationals, in the protection, development and defence of their intellectual assets. She guides clients in the organization of their production and the commercial arrangements in Switzerland and abroad. She advises clients on complex agreements of international scope. She has in-depth experience of licensing, distribution, franchising, on-line sale, joint-venture and sponsoring agreements.
