Anne-Virginie LaSpada

Alexandre Mazuranic assists the Swiss and international clients of the Firm in relation to international and domestic arbitration proceedings, as well as on international trade sanctions issues.

He has extensive experience in international arbitration in various fields (including construction, sale of goods, commodities, mining & metals, energy, pharma, mergers & acquisitions) and under various arbitration rules (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Rules, LCIA, ad hoc, etc.). Alexandre Mazuranic also represents clients before the Swiss Federal Tribunal in challenge proceedings against international arbitral awards and advises clients on Swiss contract law and international trade sanctions.
