Alexandre Mazuranic assiste la clientèle suisse et internationale de l’Étude dans le cadre des procédures d’arbitrage international ou interne, ainsi que sur des questions relatives aux sanctions internationales.
Il possède une vaste expérience en arbitrage international dans divers domaines (notamment construction, vente de biens, matières premières, mines et métaux, énergie, pharma, fusions & acquisitions) et sous diverses règles d’arbitrage (CCI, Swiss Arbitration Rules, LCIA, ad hoc, etc.). Alexandre Mazuranic représente également les clients devant le Tribunal fédéral suisse dans le cadre de procédures en recours contre des sentences arbitrales internationales et conseille les clients en matière de droit suisse des contrats et de sanctions internationales.
